This facility showed me how to be the father I am. The son and brother my family missed. They showed me how to live my life and do it sober. They helped me love myself again. I have tried many other centers but this center focused on real recovery and rebuilding lives. I was so grateful to finally get to a treatment center where the direct truth was told to me while the support to rebuild my life by men was also in place. what a great experience and my life today is what I always intended it to be. Absolutely love it here. I've learned a lot about myself and gained a lot of tools that I use on a daily basis. Re-acclimating myself into society and daily life presented many obstacles, but with the help of this community and the sober support network that I acquired here gave me a fighting chance to obtain the longest amount of clean time and happiness that I can remember. Amethyst is an amazing treatment center. I've been to 8 treatment centers searching for a solution, and so far have found the best results through Amethyst. Don't get me wrong, recovery is hard work and there is no quick fix. With that being said Amethyst will give you all the tools to be successful. The facilities are beautiful, the treatment is engaging, and most of all you are treated with respect and dignity. I would recommend Amethyst to anyone I know going through addiction.

I have been working in the field of addiction for many years and I am yet to find a place that cares as much about the clients and their well being as much as Amethyst Recovery Center. I have seen countless individuals go through their program and come out on the other side with a new lease on life! There is no treatment center out there quite like Amethyst.

You tend to hear many stories regarding the good and bad facilities in south florida. Many do not take the time to look past the facebook drama and envy driven rumors. Not to mention south floridas media has done nothing but spread the stigma blanket over the entire state. But hey, who am i to say anthing. I will say this and stand firm, Sam and his team from personal experience have helped countless willing people. I have met their staff, from BHT to the CEO and i can not say anything other than, do your research you will find this company cares, they go above and beyond to assure quality care for not only the client but the family as well.

When I realized that I needed help and was sick and tired of running my first thought went to reaching out to Devon! I knew that she had my best interest in mind from the moment I called and that she was putting me into a top notch facility! I jump on a plane and began my new life of sobriety full of joy family and endless opportunities and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Devon and amethyst treatment I would probably have died already!! I am forever grateful for what this place has done and they will always have a special place in my heart! Love you guys!!

I have been to 15+ programs and can honestly say Amethyst Recovery Center helped saved my life and showed me how to become the man I am today. It is the most legit and helpful treatment center I have ever been to. The therapists and people that work there truley care about your soberity and well being. They helped me get deep down into why I kept relapsing and what was really going on in my life. I am a house manger for one of the IOP houses and Richie Bryant who is the Director of Housing for IOP couldn't make your stay any more comfortable. He is up all hours of the night to be there for you with anything you need. Outreach Coordinator, Devon Nuel is an amazing woman. I trust her to the fullest with anything I have going on with my life. She is filled with nothing but positivity and helpfulness. Sometimes I wonder where I would be if I didn't have her to call and ask for advice. Owners Pam Springer and Ian Tracey are amazing and very involved with the clients recovery. They are always there to talk and with their arms wide open when you are struggling or when you are in need of anything. If someone was struggling and truley wanted to get clean and sober and learn how to stay clean and sober, I would tell them to call nowhere else but Amethyst Recovery Center.

Amethyst saved my life. With no options left, I took the chance to try something to change my life... I was a lost broken person walking in, and with the patience, love, and support and knowledge everyone gave me, I was able to complete in patient and IOP treatment and get the love and laughter back into my life. The people at Amethyst never gave up on me and taught me how to live a full joyful life.

I came to Amethyst last year in a hopeless time in my life. I was living in North Philadelphia before hand and was positive my addictions and alcoholism were going to end up killing me. I actually had lost the complete will to live. Upon arriving at Amethyst I was met with love and acceptance. In past visits to treatment centers and psychiatric hospitals, it felt like I was just another number, just another book on the shelf. My therapists in the PHP and IOP program were some of the best I have spoke with in my life, and I've been going to therapy for 22 years. I still speak to both of them regularly. Amethyst has given me the opportunity to start a new life which seems to be getting better all the time in sobriety after graduating through their program. I'm fortunate to call some of the staff members friends who are still in my life and support system today. I'm very grateful for everything Amethyst has and continues to do for me and the recovery community.
