Chicago was a stop on my family’s road to recovery. I was glad to find Banyan there. It helped us get connected directly to the local recovery community within the area in which we lived. This allowed the family to grow long lasting connections in AA and build healthy habits past any normal IOP program. Banyan helped us to recover in our commmunity and give back which we continue today. We’re very grateful.

November of 2016 I finally decided to do something about my alcohol addiction. I started off trying to do it on own and got sober but I still didn’t feel confident about sobriety. A friend put me in contact with Brad Gerke, who got me through the insurance, admissions process and had a bed for me in 4 days! I was scared and didn’t know what to expect. The knowledgeable and TRULY caring staff made me feel comfortable and helped to give me the tools that I needed to move down a path to a happy, joyous and free life, minus alcohol! The main office is in the heart of downtown Naperville. From intake with Jessica to all the groups with Cheryl, Kent, Taylor and Vanessa. I learned a lot about addiction and more importantly myself! I can’t say enough about the amazing staff and want to thank all of them for the new start that they helped me to make. Housing is off site but in very comfortable apartments with 24 hour supervision. The techs are super helpful and always offer help with the recovery process. I made some great friends that are like minded people that I continue to keep in touch with. Coming up on 2yrs of sobriety and living life to its fullest! I strongly recommend Banyan to anyone struggling with any form of addiction.THANKS BANYAN CHICAGO!!!

Great treatment program in the heart of Naperville. Staff is knowledgeable and truly wants to see clients succeed in their recovery. Housing is located off site in apartments that are staffed by patient care techs. This was my first and only experience with rehab and sober now over a year! Banyan gave me a toolbox for dealing with life on life's terms for the rest of my life.

My experience at Banyan was exactly what I needed. I'm a recovering alcoholic who didn't realize he needed help. Bayan showed me how to take the steps in accepting that I had a problem and gave me the tools to get my life back on track. The therapist at Banyan actually cared and still do care about my recovery and help me with any situation. They wrote letters to my judge so I could stay in their IOP program. The Techs at housing are amazing as well. They lead by example and are proof that living the right kind of life can keep you sober. I would not still be sober if it was for everyone at Banyan. they have been a true blessing and I always look forward to going back and speaking to the new people in the program and giving back to them the same way Banyan gave to me.

They helped start me on my journey and get to me the place I am. Can’t say enough good things about Kent! The rest of the staff and the housing techs are great as well.

My nonprofit, Pedal4Life, has been working with the residents at Banyan Treatment Center Chicago since 2017. The program we deliver engages Banyan's clients in 6-weeks of recreational bicycling. In addition to the benefits of physical activity, the participants have indicated in surveys they are learning life skills: listening, helping others, focusing attention, and the value of being part of a team, among others. We are having great success and I credit Banyan's leadership for its willingness to embrace our program. While visiting the facility this morning, I had the chance to talk with one of the participants who experienced our program last summer. He told me he's coming up on "one-year clean." Others, who experienced our program as a result of Director David Tews seeing the value of our work and welcoming the program, have gained employment and are staying sober. When smart leadership and simple ideas that work merge, everybody wins. I look ahead to continue building the partnership and doing wonderful things for the residents who rightfully entrust Banyan to lead them on the path to good health and living productive lives.

This place is GREAT! The staff goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. The whole place is like a big family. If your struggling, call banyan!! Love you guys !

I can't say enough good things about Banyan Treatment Center. The staff at Banyan will go out of their way to help those who take their treatment seriously. From intake to discharge someone will be at the patients' side to help make the process and transition easy. They always keep the patients' best interest at mind. The staff from the housing techs, therapists, and the staff as a whole are all experienced. They have many resources right at their fingertips to help their patients succeed with their treatment plan. Housing is well maintained and safe! Even Kent does a nice job😉! I strongly recommended contacting them to at least get some more information about their program. What do you have to loose? This may be the phone call that saves your life👌

I had an amazing experience at Banyan. I've honestly been to treatment upwards of 19 times and this was the only one that actually kept me sober. I've got just over 100 days now - the most sobriety I've had in 18 years - and I'm working a solid program and look forward to all the positive things to come!

Banyan Chicago is a fantastic treatment center. The staff are amazing and the counselors are excellent. If you are looking for a quality program then you should consider going there.
